1. Shipping & Logistics

Q: How long does shipping take? A: Our total delivery time is 3-15 business days. This includes 1-3 business days for handling and quality inspection, plus 2-12 business days for transit.
Q: Where do you ship to? A: We currently ship exclusively to the 48 contiguous United States. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

2. Returns & Refunds

Q: Do you charge a restocking fee? A: No, we charge a $0.00 restocking fee on all eligible returns. We believe in transparency without hidden penalties.
Q: How do I return an item? A: You MUST contact us at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code and specific packaging instructions before returning any item. Items returned blindly to our address without prior authorization will be rejected.
Q: How long do I have to return an item? A: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. The item must be brand new, unused, and in its original protective packaging.
Q: When will I receive my refund? A: Once we receive and inspect your returned item at our Columbus, OH facility, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Credit Card) within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Q: Who is responsible for return shipping costs? A: For Defective or Incorrect Items: If the product arrives damaged, defective, or if we made an error in your order, MinimalSave will cover 100% of the return shipping costs. We will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label.
For Customer Remorse (Changed mind, wrong size ordered): If you are returning the item due to personal preference, you (the customer) will be responsible for purchasing the return shipping label and covering the associated shipping costs.

3. Products & Quality

Q: Why does my piggy bank have tiny pinholes? A: Because our piggy banks are hand-painted and fired at high temperatures, minute spots, tiny pinholes, or subtle glaze ripples may naturally occur. These are the hallmarks of authentic ceramic craftsmanship and are not considered defects.
Q: Will the color look exactly like the pictures? A: We make every effort to display colors accurately. However, due to screen calibrations and ambient lighting, reasonable color differences may occur and do not constitute a flaw.
