Product Representation & Handcrafted Variations

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, please be advised of the following inherent characteristics of our ceramic collection:

  • Color Accuracy: Due to variations in digital monitor settings, screen calibrations, and ambient lighting during photography, the actual color of the product you receive may vary slightly from the images displayed on your screen. Such variations are considered reasonable color differences and do not constitute a product defect.
  • Handmade & Firing Attributes: Because our piggy banks are hand-painted and fired at high temperatures, each piece is unique. You may notice minor variations in paint line thickness or color saturation. Additionally, the ceramic firing process may naturally result in tiny pinholes, minute black spots, or subtle glaze ripples. These are the hallmarks of authentic ceramic craftsmanship and are not classified as quality flaws.
  • Sizing: All dimensions provided are approximate. Due to the natural shrinkage of ceramic clay during the kiln-firing process, a small margin of size tolerance is to be expected.

Usage, Fragility & Safety Responsibility

By purchasing from MinimalSave, the customer acknowledges and assumes all responsibility for the safe handling of our products:

  • Fragility Warning: Our products are made of genuine ceramic, which is inherently fragile. They may break or shatter if dropped or mishandled. Broken ceramic can create sharp edges that pose a risk of injury.
  • Supervision: While our products are designed for children’s rooms, they are decorative keepsakes and not toys. We strongly recommend that these banks be placed on stable surfaces out of reach of very small children or pets, and used only under adult supervision.
  • Liability Limitation: MinimalSave shall not be held liable for any personal injury, property damage, or accidental breakage resulting from the misuse, improper placement, or accidental dropping of our products.

Errors, Logistics & External Factors

MinimalSave reserves the right to correct any typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, or availability at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to cancel orders arising from such errors.

Regarding shipping, all estimated delivery timeframes provided at checkout are for reference only. MinimalSave is not liable for delays caused by external factors beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather conditions, carrier backlogs, customs processing delays, or incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall MinimalSave, its directors, or its employees be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our website or products.
