We are committed to ensuring that every delicate piece is handled with the utmost care and delivered safely to your doorstep. This policy is designed to provide full transparency regarding our logistics, timelines, and shipping procedures.

Shipping Destinations & Restrictions

To ensure the highest standard of delivery and safety for our fragile ceramics, we currently operate with the following regional focus:

  • Service Area: We ship exclusively to the 48 contiguous United States.
  • Excluded Addresses: We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.
  • Why these restrictions? Due to the high-quality ceramic material and the specialized protective packaging required for our banks, we utilize premium carriers like UPS, FedEx, and DHL that require a physical street address to ensure secure, signed-for delivery and to minimize the risk of transit damage.

Shipping Rates & Costs

We believe in a simple, transparent shopping experience without any surprises at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping: FREE SHIPPING on all orders within our service area.
  • Total Cost: The price you see on the product page is the final price for delivery. There are no hidden handling fees or surcharges.

Order Processing & Delivery Timelines

To meet 2026 GMC transparency standards, we break down our delivery timelines as follows:

  • Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (EST – Eastern Standard Time). Orders placed after this time, or on weekends/holidays, will begin processing on the following business day.
  • Handling Time: 1 – 3 Business Days (Monday – Friday). This period includes quality inspection, hand-wrapping, and secure packaging.
  • Transit Time: 2 – 12 Business Days (Monday – Friday). Delivery speed varies based on your distance from our fulfillment center.
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 3 – 15 Business Days (Handling Time + Transit Time).

Order Tracking & Logistics

Once your order has been carefully packed and handed over to our carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS, or DHL), you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please note:

  • Tracking Updates: It may take 24 – 48 hours for the carrier’s system to update the initial tracking information.
  • Split Shipments: If your order contains multiple items and one is a “pre-order” or temporarily out of stock, we may ship items separately to get your available products to you as quickly as possible at no extra cost.

Address Accuracy & Delivery Security

  • Customer Responsibility: Please ensure your shipping address is 100% accurate at checkout. MinimalSave is not responsible for lost or diverted packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
  • Missing Packages: If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact the local carrier office to file an inquiry immediately. While we are not responsible for packages once they are confirmed as delivered by the carrier, our support team is happy to provide any documentation needed for your claim.

Damaged in Transit Claims

Given the fragile nature of ceramics, we take extreme precautions in our packaging. However, if your item arrives damaged:

  1. Please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Include your Order Number and clear photos of both the damaged product and the exterior packaging.
  3. We will prioritize a replacement or a full refund for any item verified as damaged during transit.
